MSPDock connects to your PSA, IT distributors, and product catalogs so you spend less time on data entry and more time delivering value to your clients.
How integrations work
All integrations are configured in Settings → Integrations. Each integration requires credentials specific to that service (API keys, tokens, or OAuth). Once connected, MSPDock pulls data from the external service into your workspace.
Data flows one way: from the external service into MSPDock. MSPDock never writes back to your PSA or distributor accounts.
Syncro
Connect your Syncro account to import customers, contacts, and assets into MSPDock automatically.
Autotask (Datto)
Connect Autotask PSA to sync companies, contacts, and configuration items with MSPDock.
Distributors (D&H, TD SYNNEX, Ingram Micro)
Pull live pricing and product availability from your IT distributors directly into quotes.
Icecat Product Catalog
Search millions of IT products with full specs, images, and descriptions when building quotes.
Tip
You do not need any integrations to start using MSPDock. You can add clients manually and build reports, quotes, and agreements without connecting a PSA. Integrations simply save time by automating data import.
