Plans and pricing
MSPDock offers three plans designed for MSPs at different stages of growth. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
Starter
For small MSPs getting started with professional client delivery.

Upgrading / downgrading
Upgrading
You can upgrade your plan at any time. The upgrade takes effect immediately and you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
- 1Go to Settings → Billing
- 2Click "Change Plan"
- 3Select the higher plan
- 4Confirm the change — you will see the prorated amount before confirming
- 5New features are available immediately
Downgrading
Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You continue to have access to your current plan's features until the cycle ends.
- 1Go to Settings → Billing
- 2Click "Change Plan"
- 3Select the lower plan
- 4Confirm — you will see when the change takes effect
- 5At the end of the billing cycle, your plan switches and features adjust accordingly
Important
If you downgrade and your current client count exceeds the new plan's limit, you will not lose any client data. However, you will not be able to add new clients until you are under the limit. Existing reports, quotes, and agreements remain accessible.
Payment methods
MSPDock billing is handled by Stripe. We accept the following payment methods:
- credit_cardCredit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- account_balanceACH bank transfers — US bank accounts (available on annual billing)
Updating your payment method
- 1Go to Settings → Billing
- 2Click "Update Payment Method"
- 3Enter your new card details or bank account information
- 4Click Save — the new payment method will be used for future charges
Invoices and receipts
You can view and download all past invoices and payment receipts from Settings → Billing → Invoice History. Invoices are generated by Stripe and include all the details you need for your accounting records.
Cancellation
To cancel your MSPDock subscription, go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel Subscription. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that:
- infoYou will no longer be able to create new reports, quotes, or invoices
- infoExisting data is retained for 90 days in case you reactivate
- infoYou can export all your data before cancellation from Settings → Data Export
